We carefully choose only the finest grapes grown under the New Mexico sun. Our own vineyard, located adjacent to the winery, produces award winning Muscat Canelli dessert wine. We select the remainder of our grapes from vineyards throughout New Mexico.

Grapes have a very distinct character in New Mexico, and that makes for unique wines. It's been our experience that making good wine is a matter of paying attention to the smallest details. Know what's happening in the vineyard, know what's happening in the barrel. Taste it! Taste it! Taste it!

Francs blends the robust tannins of our 1999 Cabernet Franc with the rich fruit in our 2000 Cabernet Franc. A touch of 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon completes this harmonious, American oak-aged wine.

A small amount of Merlot is blended with this Cabernet Sauvignon to round out the rich jammy plum, black currant, and blackberry flavors. The rich fruit flavors are accentuated by aging in American oak barrels.

Grapes for the Muscat Canelli were grown in the estate vineyards of Corrales Winery. This vintage balances the flavor of honey, peaches, and apricots with the wine's crisp acidity.

Slightly sweet, this wine shows flavors of green apples, citrus, melons and tropical fruits. It is crafted from grapes grown in the Ponderosa Valley in the Jemez Mountains.

Mariachi

Mariachi is a semisweet red wine blended from grapes grown in Corrales and Deming. With a rich, velvety mouth feel, and deep red and black fruit flavors, this wine has Port-like flavors.
